તેઓશ્રી ભાવનગર ગુજરાતના છે. તેઓશ્રીએ કલાકાર, ચિત્રકાર, ડીઝાઈનર, લેખક વગેરે ક્ષેત્રે અનેક એવોડૅ મેળવેલા છે.
તેઓશ્રીએ સ્વામિનારાયણ મંદિર કચ્છ – ભુજની ડીઝાઈન બનાલી અને સ્વામિનારાયણ મ્યુઝિયમ, અમદાવાદની કલાકારીગરીની જવાબદારી પણ સંભાળેલી. તેઓશ્રી છત (સીલીંગ) ની કલાકારી (પેઈન્ટીંગ) ક્ષેત્રે ખાસ જાણીતા છે.
તેઓશ્રી તેમની ઉમદા કલાકારીની કેટલીક વાતો આપણી સમक्ष રજુ કરશે. તેમજ “રાગવંદના” અને “નવરાસ” અંગે પણ સમજ આપશે. તદુપરાંત તેમની કલા કારીગરીનીસિધ્ધિઓને લગતા પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ આપશે.

The program was excellent because Navinbhai showed his skills in many fields. In spite of his achievements, he is a very humble person. His most valuable contribution to society is his zeal to teach and train future artists. This was also a variety program as ART was a focal point surrounded by music, literature and spirituality.
